JOB DESCRIPTION
Works in partnership with the project manager, sales, technical support and product engineering to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead the assessment of technical objectives and constraints, business objectives, regulatory requirements and budget to effectively implement product solutions that adhere to services best practices.
Develop deployment packages, security policies, business processes, test plans and documentation in support of customer projects.
Work closely with Broadcom technical support and product engineering to troubleshoot issues including root-cause analysis, provide resolution and recommendation of product enhancements.
Meet target billable utilisation objective as assigned for this role.
Lead ongoing maintenance and improvement of methodologies and document templates.
Pursue, achieve, and maintain technical education and certifications.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technology related field.
10+ years proven service delivery experience in enterprise security software.
Hold and maintain relevant industry certifications e.g. CISSP.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, implementation standards.
Deep understanding of delivering business value through IT software solutions.
Assertive and tenacious, able to drive action to meet project goals.
Strong relationship management experience within the enterprise software industry.
Excellent written and oral communications skills; excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Business travel of approximately 75 percent or more yearly is expected for this position but must be able to successfully function with 100 percent remote work as needed to meet company and customer requirements.
